Advance Booking by Phone or On Line

  • Booking information – We require your name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a time.   Note that your credit card is not charged at the time of booking. The credit card “hold” will automatically be removed on the day of your booking, and payment for the bay time is made after you are done playing.
  • Cancellation – The Indoor Golf Academy has a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by clicking on the “Cancel Booking ” option in your booking confirmation.

 

I. Phone Bookings

Phone is the easiest way for bookings, minimum booking is 1hour with 1-hour increments.  Just call us at  226 647 4653 during the business hours and we will do the booking for you. You can leave a message if calling outside of business hours and we will return your call to confirm a booking request. 

II. Online Bookings

Online bookings are available with 2 hours’ notice, minimum booking is 1 hour with 1 hour increments. Just select the “Book Now” button on the web page and you can book your time in less than 3 minutes.

WINTER SCHEDULE AND RATES

From October 15th to April 14th – Open 7 Days a week 9AM – 9PM (closed on major holidays). The last booking or walk-in opportunity is 7PM. The regular bay rate is $30+HST /hour per bay, ALL DAY!!! The private room rate is $50+HST /hour, ALL DAY!!!  

SUMMER SCHEDULE AND RATES

From April 15th to October 14th – Open Wednesday to Saturday 4PM – 8PM (Closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and major holidays). The last booking or walk-in opportunity is 7PM. The regular bay rate is $15+HST /hour per bay. The private room rate is $30+HST /hour. 

WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING MEMBERSHIPS:

  1. VIP WINTER MEMBERSHIP – Enjoy priority access to our private room up to 2 hours per week. $1150+HST (cost per hour $23/hr). Valid from October 15th to April 14th.
  2. WINTER MEMBERSHIP – Enjoy usage of the regular bays up to 2 hours per week. $895+HST (cost per hour $17.90/hr). Valid from October 15th to April 14th.
  3. SUMMER MEMBERSHIP – Enjoy usage of our regular bays or private room up to 3 hours per week. $375+HST (cost per hour $5/hr). Valid from April 15th to October 14th.
